19 Week Workout Schedule

I’m almost done with my 19’th week of my first pregnancy! I want to share with you what workouts I did this week. 🙂


Monday- Prenatal Pilates- Flexibility, Prenatal Pilates- Total Body, Blogilates’ Muffin Top Shredder

Tuesday- Prenatal Pilates- Flexibility, Tone It Up‘s Love Your Body- Total Body, Jillian Micheals’ Ripped in 30 level 2

Wednesday- Jillian Micheals’ Shred it with Weights level 1, Jillian Micheals Shed & Shred level 2, Blogilates 30 Days Sleek Arms

Thursday- Jillian Micheals Shed & Shred levels 1 & 2, Blogilates 30 Days Sleek Arms, 3.5 miles walking, holding 5lb weights

Friday- Jillian Micheals’ kick boxing level 1, Prenatal Pilates- Flexibility, Blogilates 30 Days Sleek Arms

  1. Whoooo you go girl!! You are going to be one fit momma! I hear it makes everything easier when you stay active the whole pregnancy:))
    I wouldn’t know because my little peanut kept me vomiting the whole 9 months. ALL 9! I guess I did get some abs from the motion of power puking heheh
