“Hard Core” Workout

Happy Friday!! Lately I’ve been trying to find a really good core and arm workout that I don’t have to do on my back to accommodate my growing belly (almost 17 weeks along!). So, I decided to come up with my own. Prepared to have tired arms and shoulders after this!

  1. I’m not pregnant, but this looks like a great way to build up some core strength! I did Zumba and yoga throughout both of my pregnancies. I’m sure I looked pretty silly trying to dance with a big belly! πŸ™‚

  2. I’m a letter carrier so I tried to keep walking for as long as I could during pregnancy really helped in the long run.
