Fitness Friday V

Wow, oh wow! It’s been a while since doing a Fitness Friday! After getting sick during my first trimester, I slacked off on working out. I’m just now getting back into a schedule.


{Week of Saturday, March 7- Friday, March 13}

Saturday- Walk/jog a 5k with a friend and Jillian Micheals’ Beginner Shred. PM- My 15 Minute Workout

Sunday- Rest day

Monday- Tone It Up‘s Love Your Body- Abs & Arms {PM} 2 1/2 mile brisk walk with a friend

Tuesday- Jillian Micheals’ Shed & Shred Level 2

Wednesday- 2 1/2 mile brisk walk with a friend

Thursday- Tone It Up‘s Love Your Body- Full Body

Friday- Jillian Micheals’ Ripped in 30 Level 1 and walk/jog a 5k.

  1. I’ve been awful about working out this week. . .and actually for several weeks. The hubby and I did do a hike over the weekend and were planning a biking weekend out of town with friends for this weekend, but that got postponed. I’ve been so busy lately (I know that’s not an excuse, we’re ALL busy) that I just haven’t even had time to think about it. It’s time to get back on track. Best of luck to you!!
