DIY Nasal Relief Roller Bottle

I am super excited to share with you something that has changed our lives for the better…..this nasal relief roller bottle. The mix is LLP- lemon, lavender and peppermint. And it helps all kinds of nasal problems. It’s like magic!

DIY Allergy Relief Bottle

So, all you need is a glass roller bottle (you can get 6 for less than $5 HERE), Young Living’s Lemon Oil, Young Living’s Lavender Oil and Young Living’s Peppermint oil.

Put 10 drops of each oil in the bottle, then fill up the rest of the way with carrier oil (coconut oil, ect), and put the roller top back on. Enjoy your relief!

Hannah Diane

  1. I need this asap! My allergies have been driving me crazy for going on 3 weeks now, and I hate antihistamines. They just make me feel foggy. I’ll have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Melissa, you can purchase fractionated coconut oil, which is a liquid. I just purchased a bottle and received it in the mail yesterday, so I haven’t used it for anything yet. Up until now, I have used grape seed oil, almond oil, and even olive oil. Hope this helps!

  2. I’m new to young living. I’m quite unsure what ratios are safe for my two children (4 & 8). Could you break this recipe down for me so I could use it on my girls?
    Thanks

  3. When you use coconut oil, do you use the liquid form or can you use the kind in a jar? I guess what I am asking is once the coconut oil is mixed with the YL oils will it stay in liquid form?
