I am super excited to share with you something that has changed our lives for the better…..this nasal relief roller bottle. The mix is LLP- lemon, lavender and peppermint. And it helps all kinds of nasal problems. It’s like magic!
So, all you need is a glass roller bottle (you can get 6 for less than $5 HERE), Young Living’s Lemon Oil, Young Living’s Lavender Oil and Young Living’s Peppermint oil.

Where do you roll it?
Behind your ears, and base of your neck.

is the ratio the same for kids?
where do you apply?
how do you use coconut oil with a roller ball? Is it not a solid?
Melissa, you can purchase fractionated coconut oil, which is a liquid. I just purchased a bottle and received it in the mail yesterday, so I haven’t used it for anything yet. Up until now, I have used grape seed oil, almond oil, and even olive oil. Hope this helps!
Awesome recipe!! Would this be safe for kiddos 2 and up???
Thank you!!
I’m new to young living. I’m quite unsure what ratios are safe for my two children (4 & 8). Could you break this recipe down for me so I could use it on my girls?
Thanks
I do about 10 drops of each oil, then fill the rest of the bottle up with carrier oil. That’ll be safe on your little children.
where do you apply? . . on children…adults? back of neck or . . . ? thanks!
When you use coconut oil, do you use the liquid form or can you use the kind in a jar? I guess what I am asking is once the coconut oil is mixed with the YL oils will it stay in liquid form?
Nevermind, just saw the post that answered my question.
Thanks!
How big is your roller bottle?
