Happy Friday, everyone! I know I’ve been posting less this week. I’ve been fighting off a bit of a cold and just have felt under the weather. Because of that, not a lot of workouts got in this week. The only thing I did was lift weights with my mom on Wednesday. I’m definitely glad I did that, but there just wasn’t any more going to get done. So, today I want to share with you a new workout I came up with a couple of weeks ago.
