Fitness Friday II

I’m super excited to do another week of Fitness Friday! I can’t wait to share with y’all what I’ve done this week! If you follow along on Instagram, you would have seen how today I did lots of weights!


{Week of Saturday, Jan. 17- Friday, Jan. 23}

Saturday- Went hunting with Luke (there was a good bit of walking involved). {PM} Walked 1 mile after getting home.

Sunday- Rest day

Monday- Tone It Up‘s Love Your Body- Abs & Arms {PM} 2 1/2 mile brisk walk with a friend

Tuesday- Tone It Up‘s Love Your Body- Full Body and Jillian Micheals’ Shred It with Weights Level 2

Wednesday- Tony Horton’s Power Half Hour Power Stretch, Tone It Up‘s Love Your Body- Abs & Arms, and Jillian Micheals’ Killer Abs

Thursday- (needless to say, I was sore after Wednesday!!) My 60 Workout

Friday- Jillian Micheals’ Ripped in 30 Level 2

  1. My favorite was to stay active is to go for really long walks and do a little yoga in the living room. I find that keeping it really simple helps me stay on track! Great post! =)

  2. Keep up the great work! My husband and I got bikes last year {and a seat for the little} – it’s my favorite way to keep active. That and walks to the park!

  3. new reader & loving this series. keep it up – its great motivation. ive been debating whether or not to purchase the membership for the TIU series. Do you have one? my workouts for the week include: weight training 4x (alt. upper/lower) with 3-20 min HIIT cardio mixed in.
