Happy Friday! I am so excited for the weekend! Thanks to Bethany from Lulu Runs I decided to start sharing my workouts with you from the week.


{Week of Saturday, Jan 10- Friday, Jan. 16}

Saturday- Jillian Micheals’ Ripped in 30 Level 1

Sunday- My 20’th B-day!! Rest day

Monday- Tony Horton’s Power Half Hour Power Stretch and Tony Horton’s Power Half Hour Bun Shaper

Tuesday- Jillian Micheals’ Ripped in 30 Level 1

Wednesday- Jillian Micheals’ Shred It with Weights Level 1

Thursday- {am} Jillian Micheals’ Killer Abs Level 1 {pm} walk 2 miles with 5lb weights and my 15 Minute Workout 

Friday (today)- Jillian Micheals’ Shred It with Weights Level 2 and P90x Ab Ripper X

What I could have done better this past week:
More PM workouts, even just a walk.

My goals for next week:
Workout with heavier weights (my 8lbs instead of 5lbs)
Run!! With the weather this week, I just never braved the cold.

  1. I didn’t do a single work out this week, so much for getting healthier this year haha, Next week I’m hoping the weather will be nicer here and I can get outside on some walks. Good luck next week!

  2. Great job with the workouts! You’re very consistent. And I don’t blame you about not wanting to run in the cold, it’s hard enough to get motivated without throwing in the chill factor.

  3. Good job for staying active the week of your Birthday. I usually find any excuse to just claim my Birthday “week” as reason to not stay on plan. I applaud you and Happy late Birthday!

    I am in my second week of T25. Just doing my best to finish the 10 week challenge and get my T-shirt!
