Today I want to show y’all some things I’ve found on Pinterest lately. It’s about binge eating….and I’m finding that’s an area where I struggle.
I think every one of us have binged at one time or another. But do you do it on a regular basis? Keep a food diary and find a trigger- and do something about it, instead of giving in.
My big thing not only is getting the BAD stuff OUT, it’s keeping the good stuff around. If I don’t have good stuff to snack on, I tend to just graze, instead of eating meals and healthy snacks. Here are some great snack options…
And, of course, I’ve already shared with you tips on how to host a party the healthy way! I would definitely encourage you to read the book Reshaping It AllΒ by Candace Cameron Bure. It has completely changed my outlook on food, eating and moderation!

I am not a binge eater, but I definitely have some bad habits I need to kick! My biggest problem is my sweet tooth. I can use some of these tips to help me with that. Thanks for sharing this!
