Chocolate PB Protein Shake

Happy Monday, everyone! Who enjoyed their weekend? I know I did! Luke and I did a lot of fun Christmas-y things this past weekend. Friday night we went to a local Christmas parade, and Saturday we watched a Christmas movie and got our first real Christmas tree. So much fun!

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite protein drinks! I made this up one day and fell in love with it. I make it at least once a week now!

Chocolate PB Protein Shake


Ingredients:
1 1/2 scoops protein powder (mine is chocolate PB)
1/4 cup ground oats
2 tbsp pb2
1/2- 1 cup milk
2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
1 ripe banana
coconut for garnish

Directions:
Blend all except coconut in the blender until desired consistancy. Top with coconut. Enjoy!


This is great for after a workout, an afternoon pick-me-up or a yummy breakfast!

  1. We love PB2 in this house – it’s such a great addition to our shakes. I think I’m going to try this one today but I only have vanilla protein powder – should I increase the PB2? Thanks for sharing this recipe, Hannah – I pinned it because it looks so tasty!
