Holiday “Core” Workout

Happy Friday! Who else is excited about the coming weekend?

Today I want to share with you a new ab workout I came up with this past week– a great quick workout with all of the holiday parties coming up! I, for one, do not want to gain a bunch of weight this holiday season!

    I’m a recent follower of yours. About your crunches– I learned the hard way (after 3 babies!) that crunches were actually pulling apart my tummy muscles (diastasis recti), and it was actually reverse crunches that I needed to do. I had a huge 6-finger gap in my belly that I just could never close up and thought the only hope I had was surgery (I probably had a small gap before babies). But a local PT who teaches a Tupler Technique class helped me fix my gap in 8 weeks without surgery through splinting and exercises. Yah! (you can check out the Tupler Technique online, and there are several PT’s who do skype classes). Just a little note before you have babies πŸ˜‰
