Hey y’all! Today I want to share with you a recipe Luke wanted me to try for a while…but I never got around to. Once I did, we both loved it! This Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie is amazing!!
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips. Press mixture into skillet and top with chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins. Enjoy!
Don’t they sound good? I love the flavor the skillet adds to this dessert! So yummy.

Anything cooked in a cast iron skillet is bound to be good! Honestly, I have never thought of cooking a cookie in one- but, why not! The photo is so beautiful I can practically smell the cookie!
